Central chilled water: air-cooled chillers on the upper roof, AHUs with heat recovery, 4-pipe fan-coil units in the rooms; typical room AC diagram.
Answer
System: central chilled water (recommended for a 5-star coastal hotel) - coastal-coated air-cooled chillers on the upper roof (or RCJY district-cooling interface), primary-variable pumping (BOQ 14.H.01).
Unit locations: chillers and pumps - upper roof plant zones behind screens (roof services plan); AHUs with heat-recovery wheels and DOAS fresh-air units - roof plant and podium plant rooms, serving lobby, ballroom, restaurants, spa; guest rooms and suites - 4-pipe FCUs; annex - fed from the same plant.
Typical guest room (diagram): concealed horizontal FCU above the drop ceiling at the room entrance / bathroom zone; insulated supply duct to a linear slot grille in the bulkhead; return grille in the drop ceiling; CHW / HW pipes and condensate drain to the corridor riser; DOAS fresh air from the corridor; bathroom exhaust; thermostat by the door; access panel for service.
Preliminary load about 1,800-2,000 TR (1 TR per 18-20 m2 x 36,100 m2), e.g. 4 x 500 TR duty + 1 standby - MEP to confirm.
