Answer
Electrical / transformer room: 12.00 m x 6.00 m = 72 m2, at ground level on the north boundary of Lot 26, between the landscaping strip and the hotel parking bays 13-24, beside the back office (R10 ground floor plan). Direct access from the parking aisle and the service road for RCJY / utility vehicles and transformer replacement, away from guest areas.
Equipment (BOQ 14.H.11): MV ring main unit (13.8 kV), oil-free cast-resin transformers 13.8 kV / 400-230 V, LV main switchboard feeding the basement and floor distribution; standby generators N+1 (location by MEP).
Preliminary demand about 3.5-4.0 MVA (about 100 W/m2 x 36,100 m2 GFA) - transformer number and rating, ventilation and fire rating (2-hour enclosure) to be confirmed by the MEP engineer and the RCJY utilities department.
